Physical Education (PE) is made for everyone, all ages, all families, and for all types of fun! PE not only keeps you active and fit, but allows you to learn many valuable life skills, personal skills, social skills, and lifelong activities to keep you happy, healthy, and moving. In my PE class students will learn many new skills that they can use in class, at recess, while playing sports, and even in their own backyard. Our number one goal is to keep students up and moving, but the best part is the amount of fun you can have doing it! I am excited to welcome you here to our school and wonderful physical education team, and I look forward to another great year here at Plato Academy Trinity.
